Terminology

For the purposes of this agreement (the "Agreement"), the Platform is referred to as "we," "us," or "our." Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as "you," "your," or "User." Together, "we" and "you" are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and, individually, as a "Party".

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal information for as long as required by law or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Collaboration with law enforcement authorities for investigations.

In general, we retain your personal information for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if your account is deactivated for misuse. This period allows time for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations refers to the latest amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was signed.

Headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and must not be used to interpret the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refer solely to those within this Agreement.

Definition and Usage of the Term 'Include'

In this Agreement, the term 'include' shall always mean 'including but not limited to,' unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information Collected

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity while using the Platform and collect various information, including, without limitation, IP addresses, geolocation data, and other relevant details. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identities of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) may be used for Essor Luxent identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform implements technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not make any warranties regarding the security of the personal information you provide and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the changes, including the new effective date and details of the updates.
